Who it's for

Is the Weekly Program right for you?

Adults 18 and over with a body mass index of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, or sleep apnea.

You're comfortable with a weekly injection, or willing to learn. Most people are after one video.

The quiz tells you in 2 minutes whether you qualify, and your clinician confirms it at your visit.

Not for everyone

GLP-1 medications are not for everyone. People with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2, who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy, or who have type 1 diabetes should not take them. See the Safety page.

What you get

Everything in the program

  • A video visit with your clinician and a same-day review by a physician.
  • Your choice of Wegovy or Zepbound, if medication is right for you, with the reason for the recommendation.
  • A written dose plan with your dates.
  • A check-in before every dose step. Nothing changes without your answer.
  • Messaging answered within an hour in business hours, and a day-3 check-in after your first dose.
  • Refills that reorder themselves, and labs read within 1 business day.
Plus adds nutrition coaching, body composition scans at our clinics every 12 weeks, and a protein and training plan to help keep your muscle, for $199 a month.

The medication

Wegovy or Zepbound, and how we choose

Both are once-weekly injections approved by the FDA for weight management. Zepbound produced greater average weight loss in its trials and is our usual recommendation for patients who want the most loss.

Wegovy is approved to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events in adults with established heart disease and obesity or overweight, and is our usual recommendation when that applies. Your clinician explains which fits you and why.

Both start at a low dose and step up every 4 weeks as you tolerate them. Any step you tolerate can be your long-term dose. A prescription is required, and your clinician decides if medication is right for you.

In the clinical trials

Adults without diabetes lost on average about 15% of body weight on Wegovy at 68 weeks, and about 15% to 21% on Zepbound at 72 weeks, depending on dose, alongside diet and activity. Individual results vary.

Yes, with your clinician, at the starter dose of the new medication.
What if the injection is not for me?
Your clinician can switch you to the Daily Program or the Metabolic Program at any time.

Ready when you are
