It ships from the manufacturer's pharmacy, or you pick it up the same day at a local pharmacy. We check in on day 3 to see how you feel.

What's a GLP-1?
GLP-1 (a medication that works on the hormone that controls appetite) is the kind of medicine in the Weekly and Daily programs. Wegovy, Zepbound, and Foundayo are all GLP-1 medications, and each needs a prescription.
Timing
From quiz to first dose
Our target is 5 business days. Upload recent bloodwork and pick up at a local pharmacy, and it can be 2.
The usual path
- Day 0Quiz, account, medical questions, and a visit booked. About 15 minutes in all.
- Day 1Video visit. If medication is right for you, the prescription is written and a physician reviews it.
- Day 2Your medication ships. You get labs drawn at one of our clinics or a lab near you.
- Days 3–4Medication on its way. A clinician reviews your lab results.
- Day 5Your medication arrives. First dose.
With labs from the last 6 months
- Day 0Same as above, and you upload bloodwork from the last 6 months.
- Day 1Video visit and prescription. You choose a local pharmacy for pickup.
- Day 2Pick up your medication and take your first dose.
These are targets we measure ourselves against. Your timeline depends on visit times, labs, and the pharmacy. Some health histories need labs or a clinic visit before a prescription, and we tell you before your video visit.

The clinic is a choice, not a gate
We have 5 clinics in Southern California. You never have to come in, but you can.
- Labs
- Walk in at any of our clinics with no appointment, or use a Quest or Labcorp site.
- Body composition scans
- See fat and muscle separately. Included with Plus and Metabolic.
- First-dose help
- A nurse shows you how, free, in a clinic or by video.
- A face-to-face visit
- Whenever you or your clinician want one.
Safety
Steps we keep on purpose
They add a little time. They're the “medicine done right” half of our promise.
- A physician reviews every new plan before your first dose ships.
- A check-in before every dose increase Nothing goes up on a calendar alone.
- An ID check when you sign up so your prescription is for you, and only you.
- The urgent-symptom list in every dose message so you always know when to get help.
Leaving
Leaving is as easy as joining
Cancel in the app with no phone call. Your membership ends at the end of the month you paid for.
If you're still taking medication, we tell you how to stop safely. Come back within 12 months and you skip the medical questions, unless something has changed.
